What is an HTML website template?
The HTML website template comprises pre-designed HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components. It offers only static features (no dynamic features- PHP, MySQL, etc.). The main purpose of the HTML template is to provide design elements. If you lack design skills but want to create your website, converting a pre-designed template to WordPress or another platform with dynamic features is a good idea.
While the HTML website template can be used as a stand-alone website, it does have some limitations. Customization requires coding skills, at least in HTML and CSS.
What are the requirements to use your templates?
The minimum requirements to use our products are as follows:
- At least HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge
- FTP client to transfer files to your web host (I recommend FileZilla)
- Code editor for customizations (I recommend Sublime Text or Visual Studio Code)
I’m not familiar with HTML and CSS, can I still use your templates?
If you wish to customize your template but are unfamiliar with HTML and CSS, we highly recommend hiring a specialist. This will save you time and ensure a positive experience while using our product. However, if you decide to embark on customizing it yourself, here's a useful starting point: http://www.w3schools.com/
Which web browsers are compatible with your templates?
All our templates are compatible with all major latest browsers, such as Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Chrome.
Do you provide free updates to your templates?
Yes. All our templates include free lifetime updates.
Can I download and test your templates before making a purchase?
Unfortunately, downloading and testing our templates before purchasing is not possible. However, each template comes with a live preview that showcases its capabilities, which you might find helpful in evaluating the templates before making a decision.
I keep trying to unzip and I’m getting a message: “The file is corrupt and cannot totally unzip”. What to do?
Nothing is wrong with the zip file. It may help if you try some other software to unzip (I recommend WinZip). Another option is to download the file again. Maybe it was just a bad download.
Do you also offer WordPress versions of your HTML templates?
Although our HTML templates may be available as WordPress versions, we do not provide them ourselves. WordPress versions are provided by some of our partners.

Uploading to WordPress is not possible because of the “stylesheet missing" error message. What to do?
We provide only HTML website templates, not WordPress themes! HTML is static, which means no dynamic features (no PHP, MySQL, etc.). Our products are not compatible with WordPress or any other platform.

Some buttons ("Share", "Add to Cart", "Load More") are not working. Is something broken?
There is no need to worry, these buttons are intentionally designed that way. They serve design purposes only in the HTML template, just like many other elements.
The contact form does not work, what do I have to do?
All of the templates that we sell include a working contact form. If you are having trouble getting it to work, here are some points that might be helpful:
- Before using the contact form, please make sure that your server supports sending an email. Contact your hosting provider for more information.
- Please make sure the file “mail.php” exists in the template root folder.
- Please make sure that your valid email address is correct (where a message will be sent).
- Please also check your spam folder.
Note: Your website must be located on a live server. The contact form does not work on your local PC.
What is your refund policy?
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. So there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.
However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and only after we have worked closely with you to find a suitable solution. We are cautious about the potential abuse of the refund policy. We reserve the right to decline refund requests.

We only provide customization services for templates that we have created. If you want some customizations to your template, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we can discuss it.
